Our Site includes an online shop where you may purchase X Supersonic merchandise and related products. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services offered. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
When you make a purchase on the Site, you will be able to choose the third party payment processor that will collect your payment information and process your payment. You may make purchases using the following third party payment processors: Google Pay, PayPal, Shopify, Square, Stripe, and Shop, Meta Pay, Venmo. We are not responsible for the collection, use, sharing or security of your billing information by these third party payment processors. The following payment method(s) are accepted by the third party payment processors: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Digital Payments.
You hereby represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) in connection with any purchase and that the information that you supply to us and to the third party payment processor(s) is true, correct and complete.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer you the ability to cancel any purchases that you have made of the goods offered on our Site.
We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, and unavailability of the items or services purchased. We will not provide you with any notice prior to cancelling your purchase.
We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if we cancel your purchase.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds on purchases made of the goods offered on our Site. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request to us anytime after your purchase by contacting us. We offer refunds on any purchases made of the goods offered on our Site. Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and components. Any product returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements will be refused or subject to additional fees. Certain goods, including custom orders and products marked as "final sale," are not eligible for return or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Gift cards and downloadable software are also non-refundable. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged during transit. We recommend referencing the tracking number attached to your order. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned good(s) are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We are is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the original price. This fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs. You are required to ship your purchased goods back to us to receive a refund. We will not be able to issue you a refund if you do not ship the goods back to us. You will be responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs on any purchases that you are requesting a refund on.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. You also agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the servers or networks connected to the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
These terms shall not be governed by the United Nations convention on contracts for the sale of international goods, the Uniform Commercial Code, nor Incoterms.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms including but not limited to the interpretation or breach thereof shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You and X Supersonic agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
